Description

Radian subwoofers are engineered to provide deep extended low-frequency response for high SPL live and playback applications. All Radian subwoofers feature a composite ribbed cone reinforced with Kevlar. The 4” voice coil is edgewound aluminum for better transient response, but advanced adhesives give it the power handling capacity of more conventional voice coils. The 18” versions are capable of a genuine 124-127 dB SPL, from 30hZ-500Hz, with three dB to spare for peak output. Add this to a high-energy magnetic structure with a venturi cross section to increase efficient ventilation, and the result is a highly responsive subwoofer system that delivers robust bass at High SPL’s.
