The DAS Audio ALTEA-715A is a high-performance, bi-amplified powered loudspeaker designed for professional live sound reinforcement, mobile DJing, and permanent installations. It features a powerful 1500W peak (750W continuous) Class D amplifier that drives a custom 15-inch low-frequency driver and a 1-inch compression driver, delivering a maximum SPL of 132 dB. Housed in a lightweight, multi-angle polypropylene cabinet, it can be used as a primary PA speaker on a tripod, flown using integrated M8 rigging points, or positioned on its side as a floor monitor wedge.

At the heart of the system is the DAScontrol™ interface, which utilizes a 24-bit DSP and an LCD screen to give users precise control over voicing presets (Live, Dance, Vocals, Monitor, and Bass Boost), EQ modes, and delay settings. This advanced processing is further enhanced by Digital Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filters for smooth crossover and natural sound reproduction. For modern connectivity, the ALTEA-715A includes the DASlink™ app, which allows for remote DSP monitoring and high-definition wireless stereo music streaming directly from mobile devices.
