At AVGear, we understand that fast, reliable shipping is a critical part of your shopping experience. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every package is handled with care. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Prompt Dispatch
    We know that when you place an order, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. That’s why we process and ship all non-freight orders by the next business day after payment is received. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are usually shipped the same day, ensuring minimal waiting time for your gear.
  • Freight Orders
    Freight shipments require additional preparation due to their size and weight. While we work efficiently to ship these orders as quickly as possible, additional handling time may be needed to ensure your items are properly packaged and safely loaded for transport.
  • In-Store Pickup Availability
    Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer in-store pickup Monday through Friday, from 9 AM – 3 PM PST. If you place an order within 30 minutes of closing or overnight, your items will be ready for pickup the next business day. We’ll send an email notification once your order is prepared, so you know exactly when to stop by.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Accurate & Transparent Pricing
    We calculate shipping costs at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see all available shipping options before finalizing your purchase, so you can select the service that best suits your needs.
  • Custom Freight Shipping
    Some items are too large or delicate to be shipped via standard carriers. If your order requires custom freight shipping, you’ll notice the shipping charge is marked as "FREE" at checkout. This means a custom quote will be generated, and our team will contact you shortly after checkout with an exact shipping cost. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the quote before we proceed with shipment.

Freight Shipping & Special Services

  • Deliveries to Residential Addresses
    Freight shipments to residential addresses may require additional services, such as a liftgate or inside delivery. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for standard freight delivery, reach out to shipping@avgear.com, and we’ll be happy to walk you through your options.
  • Liftgate & Driver Assistance Services
    Need help unloading your freight shipment? Liftgate services are available for an additional charge. If you require further assistance, such as having the driver move the item beyond the curbside, additional handling fees may apply. Let us know in advance so we can coordinate the best solution for you.
  • Freight Quotes & Processing Time
    Our team works diligently to provide you with an accurate freight quote as quickly as possible. While many quotes are ready within a few hours, please allow up to one business day for processing. If additional details are required for an accurate estimate, we’ll contact you directly.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Outside the U.S.
    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you have specific questions about international purchases, alternative shipping methods, or third-party freight forwarding services, please email shipping@avgear.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Delays & Tracking

  • Order Tracking & Updates
    Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you don’t receive tracking details or need assistance, contact us at shipping@avgear.com with your order number.
  • Unforeseen Shipping Delays
    While we do everything in our power to get your order to you on time, external factors such as weather disruptions, carrier delays, and supply chain issues may occasionally impact shipping schedules. If you experience a delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and assist in any way possible.

Address & Order Modifications

  • Need to Change Your Address?
    If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email shipping@avgear.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but please note that additional fees may apply if the package has already been processed or shipped.
  • Adding Items to an Order
    If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to add items before it ships. Simply email support@avgear.com with your order number, and our team will assist you.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

  • Can’t Find Your Package?
    If your tracking information shows “delivered,” but you can’t locate your package, please contact us at shipping@avgear.com as soon as possible. We’ll reach out to the carrier to initiate an investigation and work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged or Incomplete Orders
    If your order arrives with missing parts or damage, let us know right away by emailing support@avgear.com with photos and details.  Please make sure to not dispose of any parts or packaging.  If picking up freight or a package from a shipping terminal; damage must be addressed at the terminal at time of pickup. Our team is here to make it right!
