We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is straightforward and designed to get you a resolution quickly.
Return Eligibility
14-Day Return Window
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received; complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging. If items are missing essential components, a restocking fee may apply.
Final Sale Items
Any and all items marked as "Needs Repair" or "For Parts" are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please check the product description before purchasing to see if this applies to your item.
New, B-Stock and Open-Box Items
All new and B-Stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee in the event that they do not meet one of the following eligibility requirements:
- Item was damaged in shipping
- Item was described incorrectly
- Pictures do not match the item you received
- Item was defective on arrival (subject to AVGear and/or manufacturer investigation)

Packaging & Shipping
- New, B-Stock, and Open-Box Items: Must be returned in original manufacturer packaging. Do not place shipping labels on the box itself.
- Used Items: Should be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend taking photos of the item before shipping.

Restocking Fees & Missing Accessories
Restocking Fees
If an item is returned missing accessories, cables, or essential components, a 20% restocking fee may apply. To avoid fees, please ensure all items are included when returning your order.
Heavily Used Items
Items returned in damaged or heavily used condition may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to additional deductions.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges & Replacements
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact support@avgear.com immediately for assistance.
