The SB250zP is part of EAW's premium SB series, known for robust construction and high performance in demanding applications. The enclosure is made from durable Baltic birch plywood and finished with a wear-resistant textured black paint (other color variants like white are available), with a protective powder-coated perforated steel grille. It is a direct-radiating subwoofer system engineered for permanent installations where solid, impactful low-frequency output is required. The system is passive and designed to work optimally with external digital signal processing (DSP), such as EAW's MX Series processors, for proper crossover and equalization to achieve its specified performance. Connectivity is provided via Neutrik NL4 connectors and a 2-pin barrier strip for flexible system configuration.
