The loudspeaker features a proprietary ICT (Inductive Coupling Technology) point-source driver that provides extended frequency range, consistent broadband directivity, and enhanced voice intelligibility. The "PI" (Pre-Install) version is supplied without the back-can (which is available separately), allowing the installer to fit the back-can during the early stages of construction and install the speaker later. This high-durability design, combined with its UL certifications (UL 1480 for general signaling systems and UL 2043 for air-handling spaces), makes it suitable for constant-usage commercial applications.
