This technology allows a single loudspeaker to be connected to two separate amplifier channels or zones, enabling sophisticated multi-source or multi-zone audio playback from a discrete, single-grille point in the ceiling.

The 6-inch full-range driver is engineered for high efficiency and broad, even frequency response, capable of delivering clear background music and intelligible speech reinforcement. The pre-install frame is a robust, galvanized steel chassis that is securely fastened to the ceiling joists or structural supports during the rough-in construction phase. This frame provides a rigid, vibration-free mounting platform for the speaker basket and transformer module. Its design includes adjustable dog-leg clamps that accommodate a wide range of ceiling thicknesses, ensuring a firm grip on the final ceiling tile or drywall once it is installed, which prevents sagging and rattles.

Functionality is centered on flexibility and future-proofing. The built-in multi-tap transformer features two completely independent primary windings, each with its own set of 70V/100V power taps and an 8-ohm direct input. This allows installers to wire the speaker for two independent audio feeds—such as separate music sources for different areas of an open-plan space or paging in one zone and music in another—all from one location.
