Provider Series PSL6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone

The PSL6 is an ultra-miniature, low-profile lavalier microphone designed to be clipped to clothing or hidden in costumes, providing clear, hands-free vocal pick-up while remaining virtually invisible on camera or stage.

It utilizes an omnidirectional electret condenser capsule that captures audio evenly from all directions. This produces smooth, natural speech reproduction with consistent audio levels, even if the speaker turns their head while talking.

The PSL6 is available with interchangeable or factory-terminated adapter cable options supporting major wireless connector standards (such as 4-pin TA4F for Shure, 3.5 mm locking for Sennheiser, and 4-pin Hirose for Audio-Technica), making it compatible with most major wireless bodypack transmitters.

Yes, it includes a durable, non-glare lapel tie clip that anchors the microphone cable securely to clothing, as well as a high-density foam windscreen to reduce wind noise and breath pops.

Absolutely. It features a heavy-duty, flexible, aramid-reinforced cable that resists kinking, sweat, and strain from frequent movement during live stage performances and field recordings.

It is available in standard Black for general stage/video production as well as Tan/Beige skin-tone options to easily blend with skin tones, hair, or costumes in theater and broadcast applications.

The capsule housing features a protective moisture-resistant barrier designed to keep sweat and makeup from seeping into the element, ensuring reliable operation during intense theatrical or fitness performances.

The capsule is engineered to handle elevated SPL levels without clipping, delivering clean audio fidelity whether capturing quiet spoken dialogue or loud, dynamic theatrical performances.
