Description
The Q-SYS Core 500i Integrated processor is a software-based audio, video and control appliance for the Q-SYS Ecosystem. It leverages the power Intel™ processing along with the robustness and mission-critical reliability of a Linux™ operating system to offer an abundance of raw processing power for all audio, video and control requirements. It features up to 256 x 256 low-latency network audio channels along with up to 48 channels of software-based acoustic echo cancellation (AEC).
The QSC Core 500i is a powerful and flexible digital signal processor (DSP) that is the heart of the Q-SYS integrated system platform. It provides centralized audio routing, processing, control, and monitoring for various applications. The Core 500i runs on a customized Linux OS and Intel microprocessors, allowing for scalable redundancy and taking advantage of advancements in the computing and IT industry.
