Description

The Roland VR‑50HD MKII is an all-in-one, professional AV switcher designed for live events, streaming, and hybrid production. It combines a 12-input/4-channel multi-format video switcher, 12-channel digital audio mixer, built-in multi-view touchscreen, and USB3.0 streaming output in a single, compact unit. It's perfect for one-person teams—production, audio mixing, camera control, switching, and streaming are all managed seamlessly.

  • Supports 12 inputs—4× HDMI, 4× SD/HD/3G‑SDI, 2× RGB/Component, and 2× Composite. All are assignable, with four active video channels, plus additional Picture-in-Picture and still-image input capabilities
  • Includes 4 XLR/TRS combo jacks with phantom power, 4 stereo (¼″ & RCA), and embedded audio from SDI/HDMI. Features Solo, Mute, Auto-Mixing, Audio-Follows-Video, and Anti-Feedback automation—ideal for single-operator control
  • Built-in Touchscreen Multi‑Viewer + Intuitive Interface
  • Features a 7″ color touch multi-view screen, refreshed GUI, and dedicated broadcast-style buttons (AUX, PinP, Still, etc.), making live navigation and transitions fast and intuitive
  • Directly controls up to six PTZ cameras from select JVC, Panasonic, Sony, and PTZOptics lines over LAN—no extra hardware needed
  • Features a separate AUX output (HDMI, SDI, or Component) for confidence monitor or recording streams. Includes USB3.0 output for webcam-style streaming/recording (1080p), compatible with Roland’s VR Capture software for Mac/Windows
