The 3000MVP-PPMX16-4G is an I/O module that fits into a compatible Evertz 6RU 3000FR rack-mountable frame. It functions as a key component of the overall MVP (Multi-Image Processor) system, which eliminates the need for external DAs or upstream monitor routers to route signals to various displays. The system runs on a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) and is hardware-based, with no internal PC or hard drive, ensuring reliability and fast recovery times. The module uses Evertz' proprietary PLINK interconnects for communication within the frame, bypassing typical PCI bandwidth limitations.
