$995.00 - $1,995.00

The HDX-W18's built-in color LCD screen provides you with all the information you need on your projector's status and allows you to preview your connected sources. The HDX-W18 has a native 3G HDSDI/SDI input, which makes it compatible with progressive sources over a single BNC cable. About the Barco HDX-W18 16,500 Lumens WUXGA 3-Chip DLP Projector

The Barco HDX-W18 is a high-brightness, professional-grade 3-chip DLP projector engineered for demanding large-venue applications such as auditoriums, houses of worship, rental and staging, and large-scale simulation environments. With a powerful 16,500-lumen output, it is capable of projecting bright, vivid images onto very large screens, even in environments with significant ambient light. Its native WUXGA resolution (1920x1200) provides a wide-aspect, high-definition canvas suitable for detailed data graphics, high-definition video, and wide-screen content. The 3-chip DLP technology is a key differentiator, utilizing three separate DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) chips—one for each primary color (red, green, blue). This design eliminates the color wheel used in single-chip DLP systems, resulting in superior color reproduction, higher light efficiency, and the complete absence of the "rainbow effect," making it ideal for critical viewing applications.

The projector is built for reliability and continuous operation in professional settings. It features a robust optical engine and a high-performance lamp system designed for extended life, supported by advanced cooling to maintain stable performance. Comprehensive connectivity options include multiple HD-SDI, HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI-D inputs, allowing for seamless integration with a wide variety of professional video sources. For system integration, it offers extensive control capabilities via Ethernet, RS-232, and infrared, and supports lens shift and a range of interchangeable lenses to accommodate different throw distances and screen sizes. These features provide installers with the flexibility to position the projector optimally within a venue.

Designed with serviceability in mind, the HDX-W18 incorporates a modular design that facilitates easier maintenance and reduces downtime. Its construction is tailored for both permanent installation and heavy-duty rental use. By combining exceptional brightness, true three-chip color fidelity, high resolution, and professional reliability, the Barco HDX-W18 stands as a solution for venues and productions that require a dependable, high-performance projection system capable of delivering impactful visuals to large audiences.
