About the Christie 118-100110-01 ILS 0.73:1 SX+ / 0.67:1 HD 0.95" 3-Chip DLP Projector Lens

The Christie 118-100110-01 is a precision-engineered ultra-short throw fixed lens from Christie's Intelligent Lens System family, designed specifically for 0.95-inch 3-chip DLP projectors. This lens delivers exceptional image quality in space-constrained environments such as trade show exhibits, retail spaces, museums, corporate lobbies, auditoriums, command centers, and simulation environments where projection distance is severely limited.

A defining feature of this lens is Christie's Intelligent Lens System technology. When installed, the ILS automatically recognizes and calibrates the lens, eliminating the need for manual configuration. The system uses stepper motor based encoding rather than traditional DC encoded motors, which completely eliminates motor drift and ensures highly accurate, repeatable recall of all lens offset and focus positions. This is particularly valuable in venues requiring precise projection setup or where operators need to reliably recall stored lens settings.

The lens offers dual-format compatibility with a throw ratio of 0.73:1 when used with SXGA+ projectors and 0.67:1 when paired with HD projectors. When configured for HD/WU products, the lens provides a vertical offset of ±35% and horizontal offset of ±12%, supporting screen widths from 100 to 175 inches. For SXGA+ applications, the vertical offset is ±23% with horizontal offset of ±13%, supporting screen widths from 100 to 160 inches. The lens is compatible with over 45 projector models including Christie M Series, J Series, Roadster, and Mirage series projectors.
