Panasonic ET-LE30 (4.0 - 5.6:1) DLP Projector Zoom Lens

$0.00 -

Designed for use with 3-chip DLP projectors, the Panasonic ET-D75LE30 Zoom Lens allows you to vary the projection distance by adjusting the focal distance, which is 50.5 – 97.9mm for this lens. It has a zoom ratio of 1.9:1 and a standard-throw ratio that fluctuates depending on the aspect ratio of your projector. Installing a zoom lens affords greater flexibility. You can compensate for miscalculations during installation and by changing the projection distance with your zoom lens, it’s possible to adjust your display proportions depending on class size or type of presentation.

About the Panasonic ET-LE30 (4.0 - 5.6:1) DLP Projector Zoom Lens

The Panasonic ET-LE30 is a high-performance, long-throw zoom lens engineered specifically for Panasonic's flagship 3-chip DLP projectors, such as the PT-DZ21K and PT-DZ13K series. It is designed for demanding fixed installations in large venues like digital cinemas, large auditoriums, houses of worship, and command centers where projector placement is often far from the screen. The lens provides a substantial zoom range, allowing system integrators to fine-tune the image size with precision without relocating the projector, which is critical when the throw distance is constrained by architecture or existing rigging. Its optical formula is meticulously crafted to handle the extreme light output—often exceeding 20,000 lumens—and high native resolution of these professional projectors while maintaining exceptional edge-to-edge sharpness, contrast, and color uniformity.

Constructed with a sophisticated array of glass elements, including extra-low dispersion (ED) elements, the ET-LE30 effectively minimizes chromatic aberration and other optical distortions across its entire zoom and focus range. The lens supports high-resolution formats up to WUXGA (1920x1200) and beyond, ensuring compatibility with current and future high-definition content. It features manual zoom and focus rings with precise, silky-smooth mechanics for initial setup, while also being fully compatible with the projectors' motorized lens control systems for remote adjustment of zoom, focus, and lens shift. This dual functionality allows for meticulous calibration during installation and offers the flexibility for minor adjustments post-installation via the projector's remote control or network interface.

The lens is built to the exacting mechanical and environmental standards required for 24/7 operation in critical applications. It utilizes a robust bayonet-mount mechanism that ensures perfect, secure alignment with the projector's lens port, maintaining optical registration and preventing light leaks. The inclusion of generous vertical and horizontal lens shift capability provides further installation flexibility, enabling the projector to be positioned off-axis from the screen while still projecting a perfectly rectangular, geometrically correct image. As an integral component of a high-end projection system, the Panasonic ET-LE30 zoom lens delivers the optical precision, flexibility, and reliability necessary to achieve a flawless, large-format visual experience in the world's most challenging and prestigious venues.
