The Parle TCM-X is an AVB low-profile ceiling microphone for use in Tesira systems, comprising a network box and a ceiling microphone. Each microphone includes Beamtracking technology with four 90-degree zones, providing full 360-degree coverage of the meeting space. The TCM-X delivers the same level of performance as other Beamtracking microphones in a sleek design that mounts directly to the ceiling. It actively tracks and intelligently mixes conversations from around the table so far-end participants experience the conversation naturally. Each network box has its own DSP module and an additional RJ-45 connector for an optional TCM-XEX, with a maximum of two microphones per network box. Uses Beamtracking technology split into four 90-degree zones to actively track and mix up to four simultaneous talkers. No lobe aiming or room mapping is required.
Design
Features a sleek, unobtrusive 5.90-inch (150 mm) circular black enclosure that mounts flush to the ceiling.
DSP & Network Box
Connects via a single CAT5/category cable to an included plenum-rated (UL 2043) network box with onboard Digital Signal Processing (DSP). It consumes only one Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) channel per microphone.
Expansion
Includes an extra RJ-45 port on the network box to support one optional TCM-XEX expansion microphone (up to two total mics per network box).
Ideal Environment
