New products are factory-sealed and unused. Used equipment has been previously owned but is tested and graded for functionality and cosmetic condition. B-stock items are typically open-box, demo units, or products with minor cosmetic imperfections that don't affect performance (often available at a lower price).

Every speaker that comes through our facility goes through a multi-level quality assurance process. We assign both a functionality rating (F1–F5) and a cosmetic rating (C1–C5) so you know exactly what to expect. An F5 rating means it's in excellent working order.
