The X118B compact high-performance subwoofer is designed to use with BlacklineX Series full-range speakers to extend the low frequency range of the system to 42Hz, providing exceptional low frequency impact. The bass reflex enclosure is loaded with a long excursion 18-inch driver with a 4-inch voice coil, and can be used singly, stacked or flown.

About the Martin Audio Backline X118B 1x18" Long-Excursion Driver with 4" Voice Coil Compact Subwoofer

The X118 enclosure is constructed from plywood and finished in black textured paint. An impact-resistant perforated steel grille protects the driver, and the enclosure has a 35mm pole-mount fitting in the top surface and two side handles for ease of handling. Rubber feet on the base of the enclosure resist movement and align with recesses in the top surface for stable stacking.

When used with BlacklineX Series full-range systems, crossover and EQ functions can be performed by the DX0.4 or DX0.6 system controller or by an iKON amplifier.
