The defining feature of the HyperDeck ISO Recorder 100G is its deep integration with DaVinci Resolve for live action replay. All eight camera feeds are displayed in a multi-view monitor, allowing operators to scroll through angles in real time, select a replay shot, and press "On Air" to broadcast—all while continuing to queue subsequent replays. When paired with the DaVinci Resolve Replay Editor, replay operations become even faster, making this system ideal for sports broadcasts, live events, and studio productions requiring instant replay capabilities.

Redundancy and reliability are engineered throughout the device. Two separate 100G Ethernet ports support SMPTE 2022-7 Seamless Protection Switching, sending identical copies of video and audio across both connections and reconstructing frames from whichever packets arrive first—eliminating dropouts. Dual redundant power supplies, multiple cooling fans, and redundant PTP and control ports ensure continuous operation even in mission-critical broadcast environments.
