It allows for adjustable video delay in both HD and SD formats, with a maximum delay of 3.2 seconds for HD and 16.5 seconds for SD. This module is commonly used in scenarios like satellite uplink, master control signal re-entry, cable headends, and virtual sets.

Bypass Relay : Provides a bypass relay for program path protection in case of power loss.
Remote Monitoring and Control : Can be remotely monitored, controlled, and configured via SNMP using VistaLINK® PRO, CP-2116E, or CP-2232E control panels.
Line Buffer : Includes a line buffer for "de-glitching" hot switches on upstream equipment.
