About the Audix AP62BP Wireless System R62 (2) Channel RX with Two B60 Bodypack TXs
The Audix AP62BP is a professional dual-channel Performance Series wireless system combining the R62 true diversity receiver with two B60 bodypack transmitters, engineered for presenters, musicians, and audio engineers requiring reliable multi-channel wireless operation. This complete package includes the receiver and two bodypack transmitters only, with no microphones included, allowing users to pair the system with any Audix lavalier, head-worn, or instrument microphone, as well as for electric guitar and bass applications.
The R62 receiver is built around a 64 MHz wide spectrum tuning range (522-586 MHz) with true diversity reception, ensuring consistent audio quality and drop-out protection in challenging RF environments. The receiver offers 2560 tunable frequencies spaced 25 kHz apart, with 207 pre-coordinated frequencies pre-loaded to simplify multi-system coordination. Setup is intuitive with one-touch auto scan to find a clear channel and one-touch infrared sync to link transmitters to the receiver. Outputs include balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4" connectors, while the 19" rack-mountable chassis includes front-mount antenna BNC cables and rackmount hardware for permanent installation.
The two B60 bodypack transmitters complement the receiver with lightweight yet durable precision metal housings and modular antenna design. Each transmitter features a 64 MHz wide tuning bandwidth, selectable RF power output of 10 mW or 30 mW, and four gain settings (0 dB, -6 dB, -12 dB, -24 dB) to optimize input levels for different microphones. A high-contrast LCD displays group, channel, and battery status, while the soft mute switch provides convenient audio control. Each transmitter operates for up to 14 hours on two AA batteries, supporting extended events.
