This professional converter is housed in a robust, compact metal chassis and is designed for seamless integration into 4K workflows. It allows users to connect professional SDI equipment, such as cameras, decks, and switchers, to standard HDMI consumer monitors, projectors, or televisions. The "6G" designation signifies its capability to handle high-bandwidth 6 Gb/s SDI signals, enabling single-cable transmission of Ultra HD video. The converter automatically switches between SD, HD, and Ultra HD formats. It supports advanced HDMI features such as Deep Color and full audio de-embedding to both the HDMI output and separate analog and AES/EBU audio outputs. It is a true "plug-and-play" device with no complex settings and includes a universal power supply.
