Point Grey, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative, high-performance digital cameras, announced the addition of a new 1080p60 model to its Cricket® security IP-camera line.

The new Cricket CR-POE-20S3C model features a 1/2″ Sony IMX185 Exmor CMOS sensor capable of 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60 FPS.

This 2.0 MP sensor uses the same 3.75 micron pixel structure as the existing 1.3 MP Cricket camera with the Sony IMX139, which offers impressive low light performance and wide dynamic range.
