Description
The System 800 nearfield monitor is part of a growing range of studio monitors from Tannoy. The Dual Concentric™ driver incorporates a high performance tweeter positioned behind the centre of the bass cone. This design produces all frequencies from a single point. The accurate phase response achieved delivers a realistic soundstage along with a smooth
and natural sound which is unfatiguing over long listening periods. The speaker is capable of high volume levels without compression and delivers an excellent transient response.
The System 800 is capable of producing accurate, high quality sound for a wide range of applications. Its compact size combined with the use of the latest materials and manufacturing techniques gives the System 800 the ability to exploit the full performance of todays recording equipment.
