Blackmagic Design R-R-BMD ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel 20

The Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel 20 is a professional hardware control surface designed for advanced live-production switching and broadcast workflows. It provides two independent M/E rows, with 20 input buttons per row, allowing operators to manage two mix/effects buses from a dedicated physical panel. Each row features its own independent source-select bus, transition controls, fader bar, and system-control LCD. The crosspoint buttons use tri-color LED indicators, while integrated LCD labeling provides customizable source identification for fast operation in complex production environments. Blackmagic Design specifies that each M/E row can control up to four M/E rows on compatible larger ATEM switchers.

The panel provides 20 direct crosspoints and 40 shifted crosspoints, giving each M/E row extensive source-selection capability. It includes four DSK transition selectors, two preview-transition controls, two destination buses, two source-select buses, two fader bars, a 3-axis joystick, a numeric keypad, and eight transport-control buttons. The two independent LCD menu systems each use 20 menu-control buttons, while the dedicated macro sections provide 20 buttons per M/E row for rapid access to programmed functions.

Connectivity is provided through four 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports, including a loop output for additional control panels or computers, plus a USB-C port for firmware updates.
