The Black Box DTX1000-RMK1 1U Rackmount Bracket is a dedicated mounting accessory designed to install one compatible Emerald SE/InvisaPC KVM extender into a standard 19-inch equipment rack. The bracket is intended for Black Box EMD2000SE-R, EMD2000SE-T, EMD2002SE-R, and EMD2002SE-T units, allowing a compact KVM transmitter or receiver to be securely integrated into a rack-based installation. Black Box identifies the DTX1000-RMK1 as a 1U rackmount kit, making it useful where efficient rack-space organization is important in control rooms, broadcast facilities, AV systems, and IT infrastructure.

The DTX1000-RMK1 is designed for straightforward installation and provides a dedicated mechanical mounting solution rather than functioning as an electronic device. It is specifically engineered for the Emerald SE KVM-over-IP platform and is RoHS approved. The bracket accommodates one Emerald SE extender unit, while Black Box also offers the DTX1000-RMK2 for mounting two compatible SE units within the same 1U rack space. The DTX1000-RMK1 is therefore best suited to installations where individual KVM endpoints need to be mounted neatly and securely without using a larger universal rack shelf.
