Canon CA-930 AC Adapter Charger

The Canon CA-930 is a versatile, dual-purpose power adapter and battery charger designed to support Canon’s professional cinema and XF-series broadcast camcorders. As a critical power management tool, it serves two distinct functions: it can plug directly into compatible cameras—such as the EOS C100, C300, or XF305—to provide continuous, uninterrupted AC wall power during long studio shoots, live event streaming, or extended interviews. Alternatively, when not tethered to a camera, it functions as a dedicated external charging station for Canon's high-capacity BP-900 series lithium-ion battery packs, allowing videographers to cycle and recharge their power reserves off-camera.

Engineered for the physical demands of professional video production, the CA-930 features a robust, travel-friendly design equipped with universal 100-240V AC compatibility, making it ready for international assignments without the need for specialized voltage converters. The unit safely manages current to prevent battery overcharging and ensures clean, stable power delivery when driving the camera directly. Packaged with a standard AC mains cable and a dedicated DC power lead, this adapter is an essential foundational accessory for owner-operators and rental houses relying on Canon's professional video ecosystem.
