About the Chroma-Q Studio Force V 72 LED Light Batten

The Chroma-Q Studio Force V 72 is a high-output, color-mixing LED light batten designed for professional studio, television, and theatrical lighting applications. As part of the Studio Force V series, it provides a powerful and uniform wash of light, capable of producing a vast spectrum of colors and white light temperatures with exceptional accuracy and consistency. The fixture utilizes advanced LED technology and optical design to deliver high-quality light with excellent color rendering, making it suitable for illuminating sets, cyc walls, and talent where natural-looking skin tones and color fidelity are critical.

This 72-inch (approximately 1.8-meter) batten features a linear array of high-performance LEDs that can be individually controlled or grouped to create smooth, even washes without hotspots or color banding. It offers extensive control over color via additive RGB color mixing or subtractive RGBW/HSI models, allowing access to millions of colors and a wide range of white light from warm to cool. Control is facilitated via DMX512, RDM (Remote Device Management), and often wireless protocols, integrating seamlessly into existing lighting consoles and control systems. The fixture is designed with a low-profile housing for discreet placement and includes various mounting options, including yoke mounts for flying or truss attachment.

Built for durability and reliability in demanding production environments, the Chroma-Q Studio Force V 72 is engineered for long life and low maintenance. Its efficient design generates less heat than traditional fixtures, reducing cooling requirements. With its combination of high output, superior color quality, and flexible control, this LED batten is a versatile and energy-efficient solution for creating dynamic and consistent lighting in broadcast studios, film sets, and live performance venues.
