The Crestron CLX-1DELV4 is a 4-channel electronic low-voltage dimmer module designed as an integral component of a complete Crestron Green Light lighting control system. Installed in a CAEN or CAEN-MLO wall-mount automation enclosure, this module provides precision dimming for electronic low-voltage (ELV) and incandescent lighting loads, making it ideal for residential and commercial applications requiring reliable, flicker-free dimming performance. Each of the four channels is rated for 1200 Watts (10 Amps), with a total module rating of 1920 Watts (16 Amps) powered by a single 120V AC feed, ensuring efficient power distribution for multi-zone lighting installations.

Engineered for professional reliability, the CLX-1DELV4 incorporates oversized heat sinks and split-bobbin transformers with ground-referenced electronics to deliver superior dimming performance. Crestron's innovative zero-crossing detection technique, backed by proprietary firmware, minimizes lamp flicker across a wide range of compatible loads. Air-gap relays are provided on every channel output, allowing individual circuits to be serviced safely without disabling the entire module. The convection-cooled design ensures quiet, trouble-free operation with no moving parts or fan noise. An override feature enables each channel to be adjusted to a preset state during setup; if Cresnet communications are disrupted, a simple contact closure can activate these override presets globally or semi-globally.

The module occupies a single module space in any CAEN automation enclosure and is controlled by PAC2 and PAC2M professional automation control systems via the Cresnet network. A 5-wire link provides bussing of Cresnet and override signals between modules within the enclosure (interconnect jumpers are included). High-voltage termination requires the CLT-1DELV4 terminal block, which allows wiring to be completed anytime prior to module installation.
