Description

The Crestron DM-PSU-8 is an 8-Port Power over DM (PoDM) power supply designed to provide a centralized and reliable power source for up to eight Crestron DigitalMedia 8G+® transmitters and receivers. These devices receive their operating power alongside video, audio, and data signals through a single CAT5e cable, thanks to PoDM technology.

Features

  • Centralized Power: Powers up to 8 PoDM-enabled devices, eliminating the need for individual power supplies at each device location.
  • DM 8G+ Compatibility: Specifically designed for use with any card-based DigitalMedia™ switcher that has DM 8G+® I/O cards installed.
  • PoH Compatibility: Also compatible with HDBaseT® Power over HDBaseT (PoH) powered devices connected to the DM switcher.
  • Single Rack Space: Installs in a single 1U rack space, conserving valuable space in equipment racks.
  • Single AC Outlet: Requires only one AC power outlet for all eight ports.
