The Datapath VSN400 is a high-performance, rack-mountable video wall controller server designed for small to medium-sized command and control, security, and traffic management applications. It uses commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components to offer a flexible and cost-effective solution while maintaining industrial-grade reliability for 24/7 operation.

The VSN400 chassis features four high-performance PCI Express Gen3 expansion slots, each capable of 8 GB/s bi-directional bandwidth, providing ample connectivity for Datapath's range of Vision capture and Image graphics cards. This flexibility allows for a wide variety of input and output configurations, supporting standard HD and 4K resolutions, as well as IP streams via ActiveSQX cards. A single VSN400 system can drive up to 16 HD outputs or, when paired with an expansion chassis, can be scaled up to 64 HD outputs. The controller is compatible with Datapath's WallControl 10 software, which offers intuitive control and layout management for connected video sources. The VSN400 comes in a standard configuration (e.g., Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB or 32GB RAM, dual SSD drives in RAID configuration, and a 500W ATX power supply) with various upgrade options available for enhanced performance.
