DigitalFoto Solution Limited 5-Pin LEMO to 3-Pin XLR Mono Audio Cable

The DigitalFoto Solution Limited AR40 5-Pin LEMO to 3-Pin XLR Mono Audio Cable is a dedicated camera audio cable designed specifically for connecting professional audio equipment to the ARRI ALEXA Mini cinema camera. It uses a 5-pin LEMO right-angle connector on one end and a 3-pin XLR connector on the other, providing a direct interface between the camera's 5-pin audio input and compatible XLR-equipped audio sources. DigitalFoto identifies the AR40 as a mono audio cable, making it suitable for feeding a single audio channel into the ALEXA Mini.

The cable measures 3.3 feet (1 meter) in total length, providing enough reach for typical camera-rig and production configurations while remaining relatively compact. The 5-pin LEMO connector is right-angle configured, which can help maintain a cleaner cable path around the camera body and reduce unnecessary protrusion from the audio connection. The ARRI ALEXA Mini's audio interface is a 5-pin LEMO connector supporting two-channel line-level audio, and ARRI's published pinout identifies separate positive and negative connections for Line 1 and Line 2. The AR40 is specifically intended for the ALEXA Mini rather than being treated as a generic LEMO-to-XLR cable.
