About the DSAN PC-SYS-AS3 PerfectCue Audio & Visual Cueing System

The DSan PC-SYS-AS3 is the industry-standard "PerfectCue" audio and visual cueing system, bundled specifically with the PC-AS3 3-button wireless transmitter. Found at nearly every major corporate event, conference, and live broadcast, this system allows a presenter on stage to wirelessly trigger visual and audible cues to an AV technician sitting at the control desk. More importantly, it can act as a direct hardware macro controller, allowing the presenter to seamlessly advance slides on up to two independent presentation computers (e.g., a main and a backup) simultaneously without requiring the technician to touch the keyboard.

The PerfectCue base station provides unmistakable visual feedback via large, brightly colored LED arrows (green for forward, red for back) and programmable audio tones. What makes this system particularly invaluable for live production is its built-in intercom integration. By utilizing the 4-pin XLR ports on the rear of the unit, an AV technician can plug their comms headset directly into the PerfectCue base, and then plug the base into their intercom belt-pack. This routes the audible "beep" cues directly into the technician's headset over the show comms, ensuring a cue is never missed even in a noisy stadium environment.
