Its spring-loaded “butterfly” design automatically accommodates microphones with different body diameters, making it suitable for both standard wired and many wireless handheld microphones.

The holder is constructed from high-impact, break-resistant styrene plastic and uses brass fittings for its mounting connection. Its adjustable-angle mechanism allows the microphone position to be set as required, while the angle tension can be adjusted with a screwdriver.

The MHR-122 is intended for use with microphone stands and related mounting hardware. It uses a 5/8"-27 mounting thread and includes an adapter for European-style 3/8"-16 microphone stand threads, providing compatibility with a broad range of professional stand systems.
