The iConnectivity mio10 is a massive 1U rack-mountable, 10x10 advanced MIDI interface and router designed to serve as the central nervous system for complex hybrid studios. Rather than simply passing MIDI data from a keyboard to a single computer, the mio10 is engineered to bridge the gap between vintage 5-pin analog synthesizers, modern USB-only controllers, networked studio rooms, and multiple sequencing computers simultaneously.

Because modern electronic music rigs typically feature a chaotic mix of legacy DIN connections and modern USB gear, relying on simple MIDI daisy-chains quickly introduces unacceptable latency, clock drift, and routing bottlenecks. The mio10 solves this by acting as an ultra-fast, standalone hardware brain. It physically untangles the studio, translating and merging MIDI data between standard 5-pin cables, USB host hubs, Ethernet networks, and up to two connected computers, all without taxing your main computer's CPU.
