The JBL MTC-300BB12 is a professional-grade, three-cubic-foot backbox designed specifically to house 12-inch drivers from the JBL Professional Control 300 Series (such as Control 321C/CT, 322C/CT, 328C/CT) in ceiling-mounted installations. This backbox provides a high-quality, acoustically optimized enclosure for the compatible JBL Control 300 Series 12-inch ceiling speakers. Constructed from extra-thick 16-gauge metal and lined with 12mm (½ inch) thick Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), it is engineered to eliminate unwanted resonances and enhance bass response, contributing to superior sound quality in commercial audio installations. It includes features for secure mounting and flexible wiring, making it suitable for various new construction and renovation projects where precise acoustic performance and ease of installation are crucial.
