Encode SDI video output from a JVC camera to high-bitrate NDI format with this compact SDI to Full NDI Converter from JVC. The plug-and-play converter features an SDI input, an SDI loop output for local monitoring, and an RJ45 Ethernet port that supports full-NDI video output and PoE (Power-over-Ethernet).

The full-NDI support allows you to output high-resolution, zero-latency video up to 2048 x 1080p60 with high bitrate up to 100 Mb/s to preserve image quality. The unit also features LED status lights and an 8-pin mini-DIN to allow tally and PTZ control pass-through from a unit such as the JVC RM-LP100 PTZ controller. The converter is powered using either PoE or with the USB Type-B input, which can also be used for data transfer. An SD card slot is used for firmware updates, and the 1/4"-20 thread can be used to mount the converter onto a console or rig.
