Marshall CV420-30X-NDI Optical Zoom Camera

The Marshall CV420-30X-NDI 4K60 30X Optical Zoom Camera is a professional network camera designed for broadcast, live production, corporate AV, education, sports, houses of worship, and other demanding video applications. It combines a 1/2.5-inch 8MP CMOS sensor with a 30X optical zoom lens to capture detailed UHD and HD video while providing a broad range of framing options. The camera supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160p at frame rates up to 59.94 fps.

Its integrated 4.6–135 mm 30X optical zoom lens provides a horizontal angle of view from approximately 68° to 3.5°, allowing the camera to transition from wide establishing shots to tightly framed distant subjects while retaining optical image detail. The lens incorporates autofocus functions, while exposure, gain, white balance, shutter, and other image parameters can be configured for different production environments.

The CV420-30X-NDI is built around an IP-based workflow with NDI|HX2 and HDMI simultaneous outputs. Its Ethernet interface supports video, control, audio, and PoE power over a single network cable, simplifying installations where centralized network infrastructure is preferred. RS-232 control and NDI tools compatibility provide additional options for remote camera operation and management.

The camera also includes a 3.5 mm audio input with passthrough, 256 preset points, multiple control protocols, and features such as backlight compensation, flicker cancellation, defog, noise reduction, and image flip/mirror. With a compact black housing measuring approximately 67 x 67 x 189 mm and weighing 1 kg, it is suitable for professional fixed-camera and production installations.
