Martin Audio's DX4.0 is an advanced loudspeaker controller and system matrix with four input and eight output channels. It's nominally flat response beyond 40kHz is achieved by state-of-the-art audio converters and DSP algorithms with a 96kHz sampling frequency. System remote control and monitoring is available via Martin Audio’s VU-NET proprietary software application when connected to Ethernet, the front panel interface gives local control, plus four analogue/AES3 inputs and eight analogue/AES outputs that have Dante™ digital audio networking with automatic fall back. The DX4.0's sophisticated loudspeaker limiter suite incorporates peak, RMS and excursion limiting, as well as multiband limiting for passive two-way systems. Each input channel is outfitted with high-pass filtering, three shelving filters and six parametric filters, and each output channel has crossover filters, two shelving filters and eight parametric filters. The DX4.0 also supports FIR filters for optimization of Martin Audio’s O-Line and use with Martin Audio’s U-Hub to an MLA Series array.
