The RQ-2318 belongs to the reliable Peavey RQ 2300 Series of mixers, built in a robust, "tank-like" chassis designed for durability. It provides a total of 18 inputs, including 16 channels with XLR microphone inputs and 1/4" line inputs. The console features a straightforward, analog workflow with individual channel controls for gain, 3-band EQ with sweepable mids on mono channels, mute, PFL (Pre-Fader Listen), and faders. The output section includes balanced XLR connectors for the main Left, Right, and Mono outputs, along with multiple auxiliary sends and returns for external or internal effects and monitor mixes.
