About the PROLINE Guitar Pedal

The Proline PXP1 Standard Expression Pedal is a highly versatile foot controller designed to manipulate assignable parameters on digital keyboards, synthesizers, MIDI controllers, and advanced guitar effects units. Rather than generating sound itself, it acts as a continuous physical controller; as you rock the pedal back and forth, it sends variable resistance data to the host device, allowing you to fluidly sweep through parameters like volume swells, filter cutoffs, rotary speaker speeds, or delay feedback without ever taking your hands off your instrument.

A major hurdle with expression pedals is that different synthesizer and pedal manufacturers (such as Yamaha, Roland, or Korg) wire their expression jacks with reversed polarities, meaning a standard pedal might work perfectly on one keyboard but act completely dead on another. The PXP1 solves this by including a built-in polarity reverse switch on the side of the chassis, instantly making it compatible with virtually any piece of gear equipped with a 1/4-inch expression input. It also features a dedicated "Range" dial, which lets you dial in the exact minimum value of the heel-down position.
