PUNQTUM Q920 Dual-Ear Professional Intercom Headset

The punQtum Q920 is a professional-grade, dual-ear intercom headset designed specifically for live event production, broadcast, and theatrical crews who require crystal-clear communication in extremely loud environments. Manufactured by punQtum (a brand owned by the industry-leading Riedel Communications), the Q920 is engineered to seamlessly integrate with their Q-Series digital partyline system, particularly the Q110 beltpack.

Because front-of-house mixing engineers, camera operators, and stage managers frequently work just feet away from massive line-array speakers, pyrotechnics, or roaring crowds, standard single-ear comms headsets often get entirely drowned out, leading to missed cues and safety hazards. The Q920 solves this by utilizing a closed-back, dual-ear design that passively isolates the user from crushing environmental noise, paired with a highly directional dynamic microphone that rejects background bleed. This ensures that the operator can easily hear the director's calls while transmitting only their own voice across the intercom network, rather than the roar of the concert.
