The QualGear QG-PRO-PM-TCA-B Pro-AV Truss Ceiling Adapter is a heavy-duty structural mounting accessory designed to provide a secure interface between stage truss or exposed structural beams and QualGear’s 1.5-inch NPT projector-mounting system. The adapter is engineered for professional audiovisual installations in theaters, entertainment venues, classrooms, conference rooms, houses of worship, and other environments where projectors or related AV equipment must be suspended from overhead structures.

The adapter uses heavy-duty 10 mm U-bolts to clamp directly to compatible round, square, or rectangular truss and I-beam structures. It accommodates structural members up to 3 inches wide by 3.5 inches high, providing flexibility across common truss configurations. The mounting plate is manufactured from heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel and finished in black, scratch-resistant epoxy powder coating for a durable professional appearance.

The QG-PRO-PM-TCA-B incorporates a standard 1.5-inch NPT threaded interface for integration with compatible QualGear projector brackets and extension pipes. The pipe position can be secured using the supplied fastening hardware, allowing the adapter to form part of a complete suspended projector-mounting system. The product is rated to support up to 400 lb (181 kg), subject to proper installation and verification that the supporting structure can safely carry the combined equipment and mounting load.

The adapter is supplied as an individual ceiling-adapter assembly, with the applicable U-bolts, washers, nuts, securing screws, and Allen key included. The 1.5-inch NPT pipe and projector bracket are separate components unless purchased as part of a complete mounting kit.
