The unit accepts balanced microphone or line-level signals and provides either mic or line-level outputs through front-panel XLR jacks or rear-panel detachable terminal blocks. Its versatility allows it to be used as a mic preamp, line amplifier, line-to-mic level converter, or for providing 24V phantom power to condenser microphones.
