Samson SWC88T00-D CB88 Beltpack Transmitter

The Samson SWC88T00-D CB88 Beltpack Transmitter is a professional UHF wireless bodypack transmitter designed for use with compatible Samson Concert 88 wireless microphone systems. Operating in the 542–566 MHz frequency range, it provides a portable wireless link for compatible lavalier and headset microphones through its locking Mini-XLR input. The transmitter is intended for presentations, live performances, theater, education, houses of worship, fitness instruction, and other applications requiring hands-free microphone operation.

The CB88 provides adjustable input gain with a 38 dB gain range, allowing the transmitter to accommodate different microphone output levels and optimize signal performance. A silent mute switch allows the user to mute the transmitted audio without producing unwanted switching pops, while the power/mute indicator provides quick operational status information. The metal belt clip is designed for secure attachment to a performer's belt or waistband during movement.

The transmitter uses analog UHF wireless transmission with a specified RF output of 10 mW EIRP. When paired with a compatible Samson receiver, the Concert 88 system provides an operating range of up to 300 ft (100 m) line of sight. The CB88 is powered by two AA alkaline batteries and provides up to eight hours of operating time, making it suitable for extended presentations, performances, rehearsals, and mobile production sessions.

The SWC88T00-D version is supplied as a transmitter-only component and does not include a microphone or receiver. Its compact 96 x 62 x 18.5 mm enclosure and approximately 93 g weight make it unobtrusive for performers while providing a practical professional wireless transmission solution. The unit is specifically suited to compatible Samson Concert 88/88x system components and should be frequency- and system-matched with the appropriate receiver before deployment.
