The Saramonic SR-XLR35 is a professional microphone adapter cable designed to connect microphones equipped with a standard 3-pin female XLR connection to cameras, smartphones, tablets, and other recording devices equipped with a 3.5 mm microphone/headset input. Its locking female XLR connector provides secure microphone attachment, while the 3.5 mm TRRS plug supports compatible camera and mobile-device configurations. The cable is designed for plug-and-play operation and is suitable for interviews, vlogging, podcasts, music recording, video production, and mobile journalism.

The SR-XLR35 is compatible with dynamic XLR microphones and self-powered condenser microphones, allowing professional microphones to be used with compact recording equipment that lacks a conventional XLR input. A selectable camera/mobile-device mode enables the cable to accommodate the different wiring requirements of compatible cameras and mobile devices. The adapter does not provide microphone phantom power, so microphones requiring external phantom power must be independently powered.
