The Shure AD1 Bodypack Transmitter (G57 Band: 470–608 MHz) is a professional digital wireless bodypack transmitter designed for use with Shure Axient® Digital Wireless Systems. Engineered for live touring, broadcast production, theatre, corporate events, and professional sound reinforcement, the AD1 delivers exceptional RF performance, transparent digital audio, and secure wireless transmission. Operating in the G57 frequency band (470–608 MHz), it provides wide tuning flexibility for professional wireless deployments.

Constructed with a durable metal housing, the AD1 is built to withstand the demands of daily professional use while remaining lightweight and comfortable for performers. It is compatible with both TA4F (TQG) and LEMO3 microphone connector versions (model dependent), making it suitable for lavalier, headset, earset, and instrument microphones. The transmitter also supports Standard Mode for maximum operating range and High Density Mode for increased channel capacity in RF-congested environments.

For flexible power management, the AD1 operates using either two AA batteries or the optional Shure SB900C rechargeable lithium-ion battery. A backlit LCD screen provides real-time information including battery status, frequency, and operating mode, while external charging contacts enable convenient dock charging when using the rechargeable battery. Integrated AES-256 encryption ensures secure wireless communication for mission-critical productions.
