Description
The Shure GLXD2+ is a digital handheld wireless microphone transmitter compatible with GLX-D+ receivers. This version comes equipped with a fixed BETA 58A supercardioid dynamic mic capsule for vocal performers and presenters. The durable metal transmitter features an On/Off switch that can be locked out at the receiver to prevent accidents. The BETA 58A features a dynamic capsule pneumatic shockmounted to resist handling noise, while the narrow supercardioid pickup pattern is maintained across the mic's frequency range, allowing it to consistently reject sound at its off-axis points and deliver high immunity to feedback—great for use on stage when sound reinforcement equipment is deployed. The mic offers a 50 Hz to 16 kHz frequency response, with a bass roll off and gently enhanced presence boost at approximately 3 kHz for added clarity. A hardened steel grille resists wear and abuse.
