Shure IMXRK30-V IntelliMix Room Kit 30 Audio/Video Conferencing System for Small to Medium Rooms

The Shure IMXRK30-V IntelliMix Room Kit 30 is a comprehensive, all-in-one audio and video conferencing system designed specifically for small to medium-sized meeting rooms, huddle spaces, and classrooms. This integrated package combines Shure's renowned microphone technology with intelligent digital signal processing, a professional PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera, and simplified control to deliver exceptional meeting equity for both in-room and remote participants. At its core is the IntelliMix P300 processor, which employs sophisticated algorithms like Automatic Mixing, Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), and noise reduction to ensure clear, natural, and intelligible audio by automatically managing multiple microphones and suppressing room noise and reverberation. The system is designed for plug-and-play compatibility with leading Unified Communications (UC) platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex, appearing as standard audio and video devices to the host computer.

The "V" designation indicates the inclusion of video, with the kit typically bundling a high-quality Shure P300 or similar PTZ camera. This camera integrates seamlessly with the audio system, allowing users to control camera presets (e.g., "Boardroom View," "Presenter") directly from the same intuitive touch interface used for audio controls. The camera automatically frames the active speaker or can be manually positioned, ensuring remote participants have a clear, engaging visual of the meeting. The primary audio capture is handled by boundary microphones (such as the MXA310 table array) that are strategically placed to provide wide, even coverage of the room, capturing every participant's voice clearly without the need for individual lapel or gooseneck microphones.

Designed for ease of installation and use, the IMXRK30-V system simplifies deployment for integrators through Shure's Design and Configuration software, which helps optimize microphone placement and system settings for the specific room acoustics. End-users interact with the system via a sleek tabletop or wall-mounted touch panel, offering one-touch meeting start, volume adjustment, camera control, and microphone mute. By solving the core audio challenges of echo, noise, and inconsistent pickup in a single, UC-optimized package with integrated video, the Shure IntelliMix Room Kit 30-V empowers small to medium rooms to conduct professional, frustration-free hybrid meetings with high-quality audio and video for all participants.
