It connects to compatible Soundcraft Vi and Si series digital consoles via a MADI link, with both Cat5 and optical fiber options available, including redundant cable capability for added reliability. The stagebox is modular, with two D21m option card slots for adding other digital audio formats like Dante, CobraNet, or Aviom. The I/O modules are interchangeable with the Soundcraft Vi1 console, allowing users to move or swap cards between the stagebox and console surface to meet specific needs.
