The SoundTube Entertainment FP6020-II is a specialized sound-focusing pendant speaker designed for applications requiring targeted audio delivery with minimal ambient sound spillage. Engineered with patented Dual-Parabolic™ dispersion control technology, the FP6020-II projects a highly focused audio footprint that provides true stereo separation directly beneath the unit, making it ideal for retail kiosks, digital signage, museums, trade show exhibits, and any environment where sound must be contained to a specific listening zone. The speaker features twin one-inch concave aluminum high-excursion drivers mounted in individually sealed compartments within a ZeroReflection™ enclosure, working in conjunction with a 20.25-inch custom-molded PETG clear polymer dome that reflects mid and high-frequency sound waves downward with exceptional precision. This unique upward-firing driver configuration paired with parabolic dome reflection achieves a narrow 30° coverage angle at 2 kHz and an average 45° containment from 2 to 10 kHz, delivering crisp, intelligible audio exactly where it is needed while remaining virtually inaudible just a few feet outside the targeted area.

Installation flexibility is a hallmark of the FP6020-II design. The speaker ships with a comprehensive hanging kit including a 15-foot wiring harness that contains four 16-gauge conductors and a CAT5 cable, along with a hanging bracket and mounting bushing for single-point balanced suspension from ceilings or trusses. Wiring options support 8-ohm stereo operation, 4-ohm mono (parallel), or 16-ohm mono (series) configurations, with optional 10W or 20W transformer junction boxes available for 25V, 70.7V, or 100V distributed audio systems. The user-selectable 350 Hz high-pass filter engages via a push-button on the enclosure, allowing installers to tailor low-frequency response for voice-only applications or to integrate with subwoofers. Optional plug-and-play modules expand functionality, including the FP-Motion motion sensor for presence-triggered audio, FP-Light LED illumination, and an external FP-Amp amplification unit.
